We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to use of the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms of Services or any applicable law or regulations. You may request to cancel any services at any time.

When buying an item, you agree that:

(i) you are responsible for reading the full Terms before making a commitment to buy it:

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we offer. Changes in Services and Prices

We reserve the right to change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.Please note that inquiry Services are not eligible for refund.

Customer Accounts (if applicable)

You may need to create a Customer Account and provide information about yourself to use some of the features on the Website and other Services, including when you make an inquiry. You are also solely responsible for all activities (including inquiries) that occur in connection with your Customer Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Customer Account.
Your Customer Account is for your personal use only. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity), create a Customer Account for any person other than yourself, provide an e-mail address or other personal details other than your own, or create multiple Customer Accounts.

For example, we may terminate or suspend your Customer Account or ability to use the Services if you misuse the Website. Any such termination or suspension could prevent you from accessing your Customer Account, the Website, and/or any other related information.
You may terminate your Customer Account at any time by contacting us to request that we close your Customer Account, and by discontinuing your use of any and all parts of the Services. If you close your Customer Account, we may continue to display your previously published User Content and are under no obligation to remove any of your User Content.

1. NEITHER KENYA’S KONNECIONS LLC NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRIES AND/OR BOOKINGS MADE USING YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND/OR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT; AND
2. THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COULD CAUSE YOU TO INCUR LIABILITY TO BOTH KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC AND OTHER USERS.

Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any Service you request with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include inquiries placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel service, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the request for service was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit service that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates via email at travelinquiry@kenyaskonnections.com so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Passports, Visas & Insurance

When you make a Travel Consultation Inquiry, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order.

For applicable passport and visa requirements, you should consult the relevant embassy or consulate for information. Such requirements may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for up-to-date information before making a booking and before your departure. Kenya’s Konnections LLC accepts no liability in connection with any person who is refused entry onto a flight or into any country, including countries such person may just be passing through enroute to their destination.

As visa and health requirements (to include COVID requirements) are subject to change without notice, Kenya’s Konnections LLC recommends that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. It is also your responsibility to consult your physician for current recommendations on inoculations before you travel internationally, and to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements and follow all medical guidance related to your trip.

All bookings with Kenya’s Konnections LLC will include a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your service purchase. Cancellation of trip or significantly altered travel dates are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy. Please review your travel insurance policy carefully for related terms and conditions.

Although most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Kenya’s Konnections LLC urges customers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the United States Government and destination country governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov.

KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO ANY DESTINATION IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

User Reviews, Feedback and Other Submissions

KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC HAS NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE, OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THEIR DIRECT CONTROL, AND THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION OR COSTS TO PROCURE SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, A PRODUCT OR A BOOKING, OR YOUR ACCESS TO, DISPLAY OF OR USE OF THE SERVICES WHETHER BASED ON A THEORY OF NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF KENYA’S KONNECTIONS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If Kenya’s Konnections LLC is found liable for any loss or damage connected with your use of the Services or with a Booking or use of a Product, Kenya’s Konnections LLC’s liabilities will not exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the sum paid to Kenya’s Konnections LLC in respect of the Booking giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (US $100.00).

Your Liability

You agree to defend and indemnify Kenya’s Konnections LLC and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, suits, proceedings, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, fees, expenses, costs and any other liabilities of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to:

a. your breach of these Terms of Services or the documents referenced herein;

b. your violation of any law, rule, regulation or guideline;

c. your violation, infringement or misappropriation of the rights of a third party, including without limitation any rights of publicity or privacy;

d. your use of the Services (including the Website);

e. your Inquiry, Services, or use of any Product; or

f. your negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The Services are provided by a U.S. entity and these Terms of is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Antonio, TX, USA and stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceedings in such courts for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the services. You agree that all claims you may have against Kenya’s Konnections LLC arising from or relating to the services must be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in San Antonio, TX.

Use of the services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent that applicable law in your country of residence requires application of another law and/or jurisdiction and this cannot be excluded by contract.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Kenya’s Konnections LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website and/or communication channel, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kenya’s Konnections LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
